      Pros

      great support from all staff ie managers, area managers and higher up! amazing commission incentives to really boost that payslip and high discount on products being sold, i’ve worked here for a year and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else now, always someone there to contact if you need help with anything at all they really do look after you well here.

      Cons

      personally can’t think of a con with this job but it’s each to their own, if you have any problems they are easily sorted here!

      Best company to work for! Supportive and professional

      Pros

      The best reasons for working at Consol would have to include how good the commission works out, how the targets are easy to hit and the perks of the job are so good! Perks include free sunbed use, big discounts on products. Last but not least the support the company offers, if you have any concerns or worries they are there doing everything they can do help, whatever the issue. There’s also a lot of room for company progression, I started as assistant just under two years ago, I’ve since been a supervisor and now manager.

      Cons

      I’d say the biggest downfall would be the breaks, because our shop is single manned, you can’t leave the studio to get lunch or pop out for any reason. Also in the busier period, it can be quite difficult to find the time to take a break and eat some food as customers need to be seen to.

      Great rates of pay and very good comission structure plus free sunbeds and discount on products means you can earn serious money

      Cons

      No real draw backs, the company really try to support staff
