Pros

The owner at least pretends to care about employees and their families.

Cons

Management and ownership encourage employees to report on each other's errors even offering monetary awards in the form of gift cards. Management plays favorites. It's not how good you are it's how good you kiss their butts and show loyalty by secretly reporting on other employees. ALERT: TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT!

4- 10hr days or 3- 12hr days

Cons

Absolutely horrible place to work!!! Pay sucks. Management sucks. Way too many OSHA violations to list. Equipment in need of repair and instead of actually fixing them they choose to use duct tape to "fix" the problem
