The management makes it clear on day one what is expected of you. So, there is no confusion about what you need to do and when.

Cons

The workplace lacked structure, and it often led to problems for employees who were assigned huge and hard to achieve goals. The management needs to fix it.

Pros

The culture is very supportive and team-oriented, close-knit, my 'CP family'. Goals and priorities are clearly communicated and support is given to attain them.

Cons

The ability to work from home is great and allows me to get more work done instead of sitting in traffic -- but I miss the office atmosphere, I miss seeing and spending time with my 'CP family'
