      Pathetic Company, dishonest management, clueless about leading

      Great client base but slowly losing them Great Services team

      Cons

      Dishonest with employees and customers Do not invest in product - CEO and mgmt just make money from maintenance renewals Sales management has never sold a product in their careers so skills are very limited

      Pros

      Got to work with some really good people. Good exposure, you get to work directly with some key accounts.

      Cons

      The office was sad place. Immediate managers were incompetent, at the time i left the company a lot of the good work force was leaving because of bad compensation.
