Good people, bad attitudes

Pros

Base pay is higher than most in the area, opportunity for advancement, a lot of experience on a lot of aircraft, if you're management you will make TONS of money for the amount of work you do.

Cons

Poor management, disconnect between management-employee, no raises, numerous unwarranted terminations, very negative atmosphere

Don’t need to be a superstar or even really experienced to move up in the company.

Cons

Ethically challenged in a chaotic environment with a ton of turn-over. They have leads and supervisors less then 3-5 years out of A&P School. They are constantly in debt to basically all vendors. Their HR department will go to hiring events and try to poach people hiring for their own company. Don’t buy any Linkedin lies- mostly made up junk. The Culture is a giant false narrative.

Poor communication between management and the hangar floor. A lot of overtime because of poor organization and lack of workforce.
