Poor management. Management does not support employees. I agree with the previous reviews. The employees are lazy and somewhat paranoid. Many people call in sick on a regular basis. This is a sign of unhappy employees and poor management. They cannot hold onto good employees. These employees are not allowed to shine, and, as a result, they end up quitting. The management wants people to follow like sheep. They do not encourage training or leadership. The paranoia so apparent here holds people back and prevents the credit union from living up to its full potential. They could be great. They just need the right leadership.
