      Decent pay and above average healthcare

      Cons

      No leadership. You will be yelled at constantly for not knowing a system you receive 0% training on. You boss will ask “what have you done for me lately, I need you to make my life easier”. If they go silent on your training and you’re near 60 or 90 days, then you might as well start taking interviews, cause they reach out to you just to say you’re fired.

      Great work place, fun products, bonus is nice.

      Cons

      Management is ego driven, hr cannot help. Old school culture. Right or wrong don’t matter, whatever management says goes. Management can also abuse power.
