Company culture is probably the worst in the entire Massachusetts area. I have years of experience in the industry and everyone in this company made me feel horrible. My manager was the worst manager I have ever worked for. He treated me very badly every day. Being disrespectful and also condescending in everything that I did. There was no one single day where he had some constructive feedback on what exactly he wanted. Every single day was torture under him. My health was severely affected. My manager created a situation that forced me to leave. This is just not the case in my department. Every department is the same there. My manger was less experienced than me . Every so called manager in this company has less experience. I have seen very competent people suffer here and leave. They keep all people who are good for nothing and all competent people are tortured and they leave. HR is practically non existent here. More than 30 people have left the company since January. My manager specifically told me not to talk anything wrong about him in my exit interview as it can be harmful to his career. Never in a million years go work for this company. You will feel so bad about your existence while you are here.

No growth, no value, no direction...toxic environment with no legacy to the people. Stay away if you have the chance
