      Dysfunctional company and people

      Pros

      I would never recommend anyone to work here no matter how desperate they need a job.

      Cons

      No interest in developing people. Have had zero training in more than two years. Some very bad behaviour (public shouting and bad language) by staff including Director level which is not addressed. Very high staff attrition either because people quit or are pushed out. Terrible communication and engagement of people which is not acceptable in a small company. Expected to work weekends with no compensation (like time off in lieu)

      Everyone needs ownership and accountability

      Pros

      Starting wage is decent, great product (aluminum reinforcements), if you're a favorite-promotion is eminent.

      Cons

      Management selects someone they want for a position then hang a job posting making a lot of good, usually smarter more qualified people, jump through hoops and prepare for interviews with no chance. Zero training. Call maintenance to your line for service, they say they don't know how to fix it and walk away. Quality team has no clue, if you can find them. All the maint. and quality people with exp. got fed up and quit leaving the clueless. Zero accountability!

      Poor culture and management

      Pros

      Employees are individually nice but scared to say anything about the bad management style. As a result the bright people leave the company and only the ones, who have been settled for a long time and don't want or can't leave stay.

      Cons

      The company has been so much downsized that every decision includes firing people outside of France and keep the unionized employee in France.
