      Excellent team, great benefits and salary, reasonable hours, wide range of opportunities to invest across the capital structure, opportunity to work for a growing firm, and knowledge team with deep experience in PE

      Cons

      Located north of Boston so you have to drive, but reverse commute Expect some volatility in hours as deals heat up, but standard for industry
