For the most part, people were really great.

Cons

This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. The culture is toxic and selfish. There is a lot of talk and inaction on the executive team and there was zero communication from sales leadership about changes or company direction which leaves everyone confused. People are walking around stressed out, I am so glad I left this terrible workplace!

The idea behind Constrafor was pretty cool. It could really help subcontractors get paid faster.

Cons

Selling it, though? Brutal. Convincing subcontractors to use the platform was like pulling teeth. The whole onboarding thing was a mess, and not exactly user-friendly. And ever since the new CEO showed up, forget about support from management. They cared more about numbers than actually helping us salespeople out.

Pros

No pros. Remunerates well when they manage to actually pay their staff on time.

Cons

CEO is more concerned with his own image and and crowdfunding than he with his own product and company. Horrible work culture with minimal support or growth opportunities. Management rarely manages to respond. I'll be interested to see how Constrafor ends up.
