      Time off requests are usually granted given their 1 week prior notification Dress code is very casual Major holidays are paid days off 2 weeks vacation after two years of employment Paid weekly 5 sick days per year

      Little or no recognition for a job well done or completing a project on or before a deadline Minimal health benefits coverage Unfair pay structures No annual performance reviews as outlined in the employee manual Unclean working conditions Unsafe working conditions as outlined by OSHA

      Casual dress, fun co-workers (non-senior management)

      Cons

      unfair pay scale, instills company wide 15.25% pay cuts while still spending money on new showrooms, equipment, etc. No clear direction from management. Low pay, minimal vacation days, no yearly review as stated in the employee handbook, dirty work conditions, Bad business decisions from senior management, OSHA non-compliant issues, illegals working there

      Company has turned into a very hostile place to work after previous owners sold it.
