      Pros

      There is a flat structure, where everyone is heard. Remote work from Portugal. Good working conditions. Quality and clarity are two key core values of Construo.

      Cons

      It is still a fairly new consulting company and it mostly works for one big client. For now, no issues with that, and outlook seems good, but still.
