I have been working at Consuela for three years and am continually impressed with how it has grown in many aspects. The brand continues to grow in multiple sales channels, and we continue to build talented teams to support short and long-term goals. Company culture at Consuela is a high priority. The organization is devoted to processes, communication, and improvements to help our teams succeed. Communication between departments improves as collaboration, alignment, and iteration are implemented season over season. Consuela fosters an environment where everyone can feel valued and appreciated for their contributions. Overall, my experience working at Consuela has been beyond positive - I have had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to helping this business grow, and I also learn from outstanding leaders who care about me professionally and personally!
Cons
Consuela has seen tremendous growth over the years, but with this success come growing pains. Many challenges come with managing a large and rapidly expanding organization: ensuring smooth communication between departments, responding to the high demand for a successful brand, and training new team members. Fortunately, leadership prioritizes solutions and actively takes action to overcome those challenges.
