The brand continues to grow in multiple sales channels, and we continue to build talented teams to support short and long-term goals. Company culture at Consuela is a high priority. The organization is devoted to processes, communication, and improvements to help our teams succeed. Communication between departments improves as collaboration, alignment, and iteration are implemented season over season. Consuela fosters an environment where everyone can feel valued and appreciated for their contributions.
