Large Department with many talented SEOs

Cons

Micromanagement from the top down. No training, no onboarding, no accountability from the leadership side at Second Eclipse/CAMG. They preach an A-Players only culture but aren't willing to invest into growing their employees. They are extremely jumpy and quick to fire on the SEO side.
