We are grateful to be able to help others grow professionally and personally. We understand our colleagues choose different paths and not all remains at the same organization. However, when a team member builds their skills, education, gains experience it motivates us. We appreciate it. It empowers all us to work to better ourselves and our teams. Well we always can do better. There is always more to grow, and actions that we regret. However, there has never been staff that is mistreated or neglected. Any communication outside of the office typically means you were part of a leadership role, or had tasks that wer einmpoirtant. By the response you gave it seams you did not fit the role or meet expectations. We always want out team to be at the top of their game, and feel empowered to develop and lead. However, when those options are over we can be upset and even angry at the individuals who gave us a shot and we blew it. By the vengeful responses and the 3 letter acronyms that have zero to do with employment is unfortunate. We wish you the best of luck in your journey of life, and hope that this experience we learn from and grow and not fall backwards in emotion time wasting.
