Great Company to Work for

Pros

They take their time training new employees. New employees are taught the tools and lexicon used in the business. Other employee's support each other and the paralegal's and assistants have access to the attorneys to ask questions when needed. Good benefits and plenty of opportunities for bonuses.

Cons

With the amount of work the firm does it can sometimes feel overwhelming the amount of tasks we have to do.
