Since I have to use words in this section, here they are.

Cons

First of all, their systems are antiquated to the point that they use MS-Dos-like software from 1991. Secondly, their training is horrible. Talking down to people, embarrassing people out loud to make themselves feel better, and poor attitudes are unacceptable, Lastly, the nepotism is outrageous. If you are a sister to the boss or a niece or a fiend of the sister, you can work here. Other points are that they don't listen to any feedback or suggestions and although a college education isn't the end all be all, the staff is very inept.

Met people, learned about the insurance industry, and learned how to tolerate adult tantrums.

Cons

Dictatorship runs in this company. Your being watched like a child and they HATE when you suggest something that is not going according to their agenda. Even when your working hard to prove your a good employee, They will treat you with mediocre feedback. They have the most ridiculous people running this place. Explains why a whole department went to waste. Management is beyond repair. This company has inexperienced people running the office. People here are suck ups. You only stay if you literally let yourself be used to their needs only. They know they are in the wrong and is one of the main reasons why they are exporting jobs out of the country, so they can continue treating people like trash. It's easier to get away with.

Cons

Under educated , unprofessional management staff in Lombard that play puppet to the VP If it is not in writing do not believe anything you are promised
