The condition of the toilet is unacceptable. The higher management is unkind and lacks empathy, treating the staff like military training.Very Terrible!
The management style is overly controlling and lack empathy. There is no flexibility (no WFH / hybrid) and the command and control environment leads to extreme burnouts.
