There are really no pros to this job. There was some down time but that is pretty much it. I enjoyed worked with my clients.
Cons
Where to begin? Management is horrible. Going in there is already favoritism with Co workers and other management. Management would gossip about staff and write Facebook msgs talking about employees. Not professional at all. Pay sucks, long hrs. The house is terrible and had mold everywhere and the clients were always sick. I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER
Great PTO for salary employees, opportunity for advancement. Many locations around the state and training for direct care is paid by the company (if employed over 90 days).
Cons
Medical benefits were not that great, especially for hourly staff. Sometimes a lack of communication between county and corporate offices. High turnover with care staff and it seemed the directors were over-worked.
