This company is very progressive with their employee accountability. This process allows cross-functional teams to work as a cohesive unit. The company continues to push you to be your best and employees coming out of this company are held in high regard.

As much as they push you, there is always an opportunity that you may crack. Once that happens they continue to use it against you in reviews.
