Global member network, talented people in the team, sense of solidarity with colleagues

Cons

It is not possible to run an organisation according to the ever-changing whims of the CEO. Consumers International has unfortunately become the pet project of one person. Staff turnover is extremely high due to unsustainable work levels and a toxic management style which trickles down from the top.
