Nothing, it's a crazy place to work.
Cons
They only care about numbers; they don't think about quality, preferring quantity. Management lacks direction, and they are not serious young people pretending to be CEOs they are outsourcing everything out, sites are trashy.

I’ve been with Consumr Buzz for a little over a year now and I must say the sales floor is well equipped by a sales experienced management team who strive to provide qualified opportunities! Always offering support and encouragement to their sales reps. Consumer Buzz is focused on growth and making sure their sales reps are handed well vetted leads. the entire team from top to bottom works hand-in-hand, Day in and day out. I have never made more money nor have I worked in such a healthy well rounded work place.
