Poor Communication, strange interview vibe

The vast majority of my cons did not involve me. However, the bad work environment does not make you feel secure and it wasn't healthy. For the most part, cons are in relation to the two owners. High turnover rate especially for sales (for people who both quit and fired) When the owners were around, their ambience/vibes could be negative, intimidating, etc. I was warned about them when I was hired. I've witnessed and heard about them I saw too many things that were disturbing in the workplace as far as how people were talked to when their were issues, how people were fired, and the questionable "investigation" tactics used to find reasons to fire people. I've never seen a company handle certain things so unethically and unprofessionally.
