- Flexible schedule - Meet lots of people

Cons

- Few hours (10 a week, usually; possibly more during exam periods) at minimum wage - No hope of advancement

- Had very helpful managers - Comfortable speaking with upper management - Flexible schedules - Got to help a lot of people - Helped people with their educational goals

Cons

- Heavy workload at times - Minimum wage pay - All of the part time front line staff employees were let go all across Ontario due to restructuring
