People + Everyone is very collaborative + Everyone has a growth mindset, they share learning resources and continue to better themselves Work + Autonomy - you can actually make an impact, propose improvements and be heard. + Freedom to work how you want. + Clear goals

Cons

Many processes are still being worked out, there is sometimes duplication of effort and lack of clarity but many of these things can easily be overcome with individual initiative.

Worst mistake of my life, won't recommend joining ContactOut to anyone

Cons

- Fake culture - Insecure, short-sighted & toxic leadership - Politics & partiality - Irresponsible management They have a pretty good culture doc with words like "autonomy", "freedom to experiment", and "psychological safety" - but the reality is completely opposite. They basically need ROBOTS that follow what's being told blindly, else you'll be called "forceful" and "unfit" for the company. Some so-called team leads become insecure when questioned objectively. If they run out of reasons- they'll just say you're overqualified for the job and fire you. How is having a wider skill stack & deeper expertise a blocker for the current role? It's not. People-pleasing leaders who are insecure, play politics, & who can't take responsibility are not actually leaders, they are CLOWNS. Save your mental peace & life, DO NOT join ContactOut!
