Poor management Poor HR management Favouritism and attempts at “intimidation”. manager is simply a person that does not listen at all, unless it will impact him or he benefits, he will ask you a question and wait to reply, not wait to actually hear what the other person is saying. Management style is my way or no other way at all, multiple standards set for different people. Rules won’t apply to the people that have worked there for decades, which will make your job even more difficult.
