Pros
Both of the managers I worked under, Elisei and Jordi, were amazing and very compassionate people who were extremely good at their jobs and at getting things done while also being very good at managing staff effectively.
Cons
They don't allow music for staff doing repetitive roles

Poor pay compared to work expectations Zero communication!! Poor management Poor HR management Favouritism and attempts at “intimidation”. manager is simply a person that does not listen at all, unless it will impact him or he benefits, he will ask you a question and wait to reply, not wait to actually hear what the other person is saying. Management style is my way or no other way at all, multiple standards set for different people. Rules won’t apply to the people that have worked there for decades, which will make your job even more difficult.
