      Good place to start your career, or right before you retire

      Pros

      Great place to learn. Fantastic co-workers. Was fortunate to have had very helpful supervisors. Had a lot of experienced older engineers who were very willing to teach and guide.

      Cons

      Not the greatest place to grow in. Management was more interested in staying in the mix than trying to grow the company. A lot of promises are made about expanding one's skill-set, but when the time comes, they will keep putting you on the same/similar job every time.
