      Pros

      Work life balance but other than that you are going to regret every single day of your life here. Some people are just having big salaries and doing nothing.

      Cons

      No hike even they are not giving salary as per industry standard No learning Stone age technologies No perks 0 even negative employee satisfaction Upper management keep doing fake promises to people.

      You learn how to deal with redundant and bossy PM's and managers.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and quick fire policy. Good talent has left. Only dumb people still there because they don't get job anywhere else.
