      This company has extremely poor management and work culture. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before joining. My experience with this company was very negative due to unprofessional behaviour and lack of employee support. I do not recommend working here. Unprofessional work environment — I would not suggest working here. this completely LALA Management Company.

      Difficult manager but freedom to do your own designs and lots of opportunities to grow.

      Pros

      You have much freedom to work as a freelance designer within the restraints of the companies represented at the showroom. Clients can be good (or bad) but generally it’s not terrible. You gain a lot of experience with logistics in shipping and in managing projects. I learned so much from the owner and she shaped me as both a designer and a professional.

      Cons

      The owner can be difficult and there is not always great management on her end. She doesn’t communicate well and sometimes you get blind sided by projects or new shipments arriving. Clients can be difficult.
