Pros
The museum had a pretty relaxed environment, most of the people working there were great to talk to and work alongside. The pay was great, or at least better that I was used to, and my boss was open to hearing what I had to say.
Cons
For the position I held, it didn't feel as if there was anyway to move up. It was also quite a bit repetitive with tasks, and many of the original tasks that were on my job description I was never able to perform regardless of being qualified to do them. There were quite a lot of convoluted ways of doing things that seemed to be practices that were held over from previous management.
