      Pros

      You really felt like you were part of a Family...you had some great perks while working there. CEO was a very generous person. I got to work with some awesome people and had a great Supervisor.

      Cons

      As the company started to take a downfall...all the pros stated above were no more and you no longer started to get paid on time. There were times when you didn't know when you were getting paid, that was the only con of the company for me.
