Pros
People are very nice Pay was decent If you like working alone with little oversight, then you'll like this place. There's always work, you'll never be bored.
Cons
The work is all AEM. No one knows much outside of AEM. Project management was meh. You could be told you're part of the family and be terminated in the same week. This is a very small dev shop with a husband/wife co-ownership. The husband is a dev himself and seemed very stressed all of the time no matter how many people he brought on board. I think due to the stress, his personality as a boss/coworker was not so fun to be around. But I'm sure he's great to be around in a different setting. I recommend this position to a SR dev who really requires no help at all. Otherwise you'll feel kinda of like a nuisance asking questions trying to catch up. I didn't really see any room for career advancement. Benefits are handled with a third party company, and the company provided $125 stipend for paying monthly health premium. The rest was up to you. (I wasn't too fond of the insurance. But its better than nothing I guess.)
