Pros
This is a company like no other. If driven there is no limit to how far you can go. Management honestly cares and strives to guide everyone to success. Although some who don't want to do the work will be harsh on Content.ad, most everyone else loves this place and are truly experts in their respective fields. Breakfast on Wednesdays, many company parties, generous bonus', fair raises, and loads of office events to keep departments working together. High speed environment that has a lot of room for constant reinvention of every aspect of the business.
Cons
Communication from/between upper management can be underwhelming and vague at times. Work is not easy and "just coasting" is not an option (Not really a con for most). High speed environment that has a lot of room for constant reinvention of every aspect of the business.
