Senior management has no idea how to grow the company or what direction to take it in, decision swill be made one week and completely undermined by others the next. There is no progression within the agency and there are next to no opportunities for training and development. High staff turnover.

Senior management has no idea what is actually going on with the business or their staff members. They struggle to know what direction to take when it comes to staff and steps that will help benefit the business. Decisions are made last minute and senior management will undermine those actually involved and have the knowledge, which causes multiple problems within the agency side of the business. The agency side is no longer operational as there was no progression, no opportunities for people to develop, there was no foundation, organisation or anyone in the senior ranks that know what they are doing when it comes to social media. Lost multiple clients because of the lack of knowledge and ego of the management team. Regularly sack people who actually do the work and have the knowledge. There is no HR what so ever. No line-managers. Massive turn over of employees within a year.
