Young, healthy, ambitious company that pushes the limits
Pros
If you don't want to be the best at what you do and if you don't want to have full responsibility for your work (but also freedom), you are probably not a good fit for ContentKing. For me this is a great fit because I love pushing the product together with the company further, and I also enjoy working with such experienced and skilled people who allow me to grow. Furthermore, everybody is very transparent and direct in communication which is also aligned with my personality (but again, probably not for everyone). Thanks to this, we have been able to build a top-class product with such a small team.
Cons
Nothing significant. As a rapidly growing startup, there are of course things which you don't encounter when working at a big corporation (e.g. not fully developed HR dept. etc.), but this can be expected in a company at this stage.
