      Great benefits and competitive salary.

      Cons

      Don't drop the ball on a circuit outage, or work performance standards, during your watch or shift. You won't be looked at the same, ever again, and be prepared for the prosecution, or inquisition process, along with the disciplinary report. Also, when folks are terminated from this company, be prepared to not be told by this company of the news, internally, and worse yet, if terminated, be prepared to not be given an explanation, or reason why, let alone a warning.

      Pros

      It’s a great company to work for. They get you the equipment you need and vehicles to complete your projects. Good benefits, pay is ok. Better with overtime.

      Cons

      Mainly management needing to trust you to do the job you were hired to do. Also the micro managing gets stressful and if the boss doesn’t like you no matter how valuable you are, you’ll know it.
