Pros
This is a family run company in which there is certainly a family feel. The owners allow for flexible schedules and are very understanding of things in life coming up. The employees at Con-Test are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We like to have fun when we can with things like cookouts, holiday parties, dunk tanks and games which breaks up the days which are very busy.
Cons
Often times the environment can be high stress due to issues beyond the employee's control. Also the other con would be that the pay is on the low end.

The people at the company were great and the owners were extremely friendly, but pay was very low for a job that required a 4 year degree.
Cons
Pay Low compared to the expectations and workload.
