You'll only discover this after you start, likely within the first couple days - Question the quota if you get an offer. Ask to see quota attainment numbers over the last decade. Problems like those that were described typically result in termination, not tenure. - The person you report to on your offer will not actually be the person you report to. - When I joined I was under the impression (because I was told) that I could work a couple days in office and the rest remote. This never came to pass, hence the get things in writing suggestion above. There's actually no legitimate reason why you need to even come into the office since everything you use is cloud based. When you do need to work remote for whatever reason, it's frowned upon. - The office is depressing. The people there are nice, but it's like you're working in a library. You'll likely not even know most of your coworkers names because there's almost no interaction with them. - The company culture I would accurately describe as non-existent.
