      Overall a decent place to work in Anchorage.

      Pros

      The pay scale is good for Anchorage compared to the other options. Depending on the position, they can be somewhat flexible for family/medical commitments.

      Cons

      They are a family run organization and not very forward looking. Change is not something that they are good at.

      hires students without experience flexible working hours relaxed atmosphere friendly people no need for formalism you don't do too much work

      Cons

      low wages at first high level of bureaucracy easy enough to get in, but no real career development options for students
