Good opportunity to grow in career since we cannot keep people

Cons

Overworked, dual managing and only received a small raise when I’m saving the company 40K+ / year. Not sure how they can think this is right. This is why we are losing people!

The only pro was the promise to advance. Everything else is based on two faced interactions with cut throat people They can't keep help due to how they do not stand behind their employees. Run far away.

Cons

Everything. It is not a place that protects its employees or gives employees the credit they are due.

Quite a bit of training.

Cons

Lots of favoritism for all the family members and friends hired. Management is poor. Probably the worst I have worked for.
