Pros

lot of money invested here. Salary not a constraint. Wont see any management equal to this. Before joining this companies do ask employees if they are happy here.

Cons

Never expect a literate guy from Management side. Worst leave policies. Worst infrastructure. Try to have conversation in English with top mgt people till u get job which might be a tough thing to crack.

Pros

Management is worst..so people can be free

Cons

Micro management, CEO doesn't have any work he sits in his couch with a big TV full time monitoring people in office with CCTV... No proper pay, no proper hike, no motivation. First of all company has no potential to grow with worst management so obviously no growth for employees too
