Awesome Remote Startup

Pros

- Talented and fun remote team - Flexible work environment - Exciting product & customers I really enjoyed my time with the Continu team. During my time there, I saw the company, team and client base grow tremendously and it was great to be a part of it.

Cons

Given that Continu is a small team, we often had to move a little slower than we had wanted to and pick between certain product features we wanted to build.

Pros

-Remote work -Pay is fairly competitive with the market (base at least, attainable OTE is another story...) -Some good people -Product is fine, albeit missing a lot of things that competitors have and customers request

Cons

- In my opinion, this is not a very transparent business - In my experience, CEO says one thing one day and something else the next and refuses to take accountability for making wrong choices and the sales org will always catch the blame - In my personal opinion, executive leadership team seems inexperienced and it clearly shows. Personally I have never seen a more volatile business in my entire career. - My personal recommendation to a friend/colleague would be to avoid joining the Continu sales org right now

Truly Toxic and Getting Worse

Pros

Some Good People Fairly competitive base pay

Cons

Lack of solid leadership. No accountability from the top. There are too many competitors and a product that falls short. Lack of proper sales enablement and motion. And I could go on... Ultimately, If you work in sales, you will be fighting a losing battle, and I promise it is not worth it.
