I have been part of multiple assignments at C1. The best part of each assignment is the complete experience of how every aspect of the business gets aligned and amazing results are obtained. Its exponential learning. After working here you would have real trouble lowering your standards or work with lower intellects. It will transform you as a person, both personally and professionally.
Cons
There is a good amount of work-life balance. And personal situations are given the same importance as work. The only stressing part is you really want to better yourself so badly that it can sometimes get to you. Moreover once you achieve a certain standards, the bar for you is raised higher. This is good for some and can be tiring for some.
