The pay seems aimed more at local contractors in Kosovo, where it goes a lot further, but it’s not really enough for U.S. living costs. On paper it’s a 48-hour week, but in reality it often ends up being closer to 52+ hours. Overall, the whole setup feels corrupt, the management is embezzling money from and like it’s being run on a short-term basis rather than something stable or well-structured.
