The guys at Continuum provided me with a great opportunity to grow in the recruitment space. I had some previous sales experience prior to this role but was new to this space. Over the years I have been exposed to a variety of different situations/scenarios which have built up my skills and experience, to the point in which I know feel I am a key part of the team. Also had the chance to earn extra commission dollars which has helped out greatly with hobbies outside of work.

Flexibility is the biggest pro for me, I feel grateful to have a role that I can successfully manage with my family life. I work remotely and feel connected to the rest of the team through video chat. There's always enough pressure to feel motivated, but when I've gone through a slump I've had great support from management to help me see where things have gone wrong and how I can improve it for next time, rather than berate me for the mistake.
