Pros
Contour is a very fast paced environment with lots of different areas to work and learn in. A great place if you want exposure to a lot of different departments. Everyone works together as a team and most meetings include one person from each department. Owners also gave everyone a raise this year to compensate rising gas/inflation. Not many standard procedures in place so theres flexibility in your job as long as you deliver on your day to day duties.
Cons
Company is small so expect to be flexible in your role.
