Pros

They treat you like an actual person. Make you captain of your ship and put safety before loads.

Cons

Low miles, long waits for loads, FM’s are nice but don’t really address concerns in a timely manner. Low pay with low miles means you will take home under $1,000 per week CONSISTENTLY

Get 2000 to 2500 miles a week Kenworth trucks are good Light loads Use cat scale app with fuel card never have to go inside to pay for scale ticket

Cons

Landing gear on trailers can be hard to turn. They offer otr and regional positions but you will get what ever load they give you Lot of short runs 100 to 500 miles Weeks working 14 hours a day
