There's so many to tell. Once it was a better company which respect and value their employees. But after 2016 the company drastically started declining with the restructuring. There onwards CPL started it's firing and hiring culture and continue every year firing people during the end of the year. After couple of months again start hiring and promoting favorites to managerial positions whom has not even contributed anything or showed any progress on their work. That is Manager to Sr manager to Associate Director to Director. Middle management get promotions for lying, harassing people and miss treating. Even though they have a wall written their co-values TRUST, FAIRNESS,RESPECT but these co- values are not being practiced anymore. Now company is loosing many clients and struggling to survive. So stay away from this place unless you are very desperate.

The starting salary for English speakers is atrocious in comparison to the workload that is done. For English it is 19k with no opportunity to progress or increase on that wage. The only way to increase is to move onto a higher role which can be difficult as you're not always encouraged to move on in the company. There are limited career opportunities. The benefits are nil. The bonus targets are completely unrealistic and can be based on others' performances, not just your own. The bonus is also quite a small sum.
